Stock is replenished from China, then stored and shipped locally in the United States, Melbourne, Sydney, Germany or the United Kingdom. Transit is a working-day range. Remote areas and peak season can take longer.
The local logistics price already includes storage, putaway, dispatch, packaging and carriage. A fuel surcharge is added on top as a percentage of the freight on the partner rate card. Extra inspection and return handling are confirmed on the quote.
Each country has its own delivery products, cutoff and size limits. Dangerous goods are outside this fulfilment scope. Lithium goods have to be confirmed per product.
More than one warehouse. The one that ships is chosen from the destination postcode.
Local cutoff is 14:00 for the 7-day and 5-day products, and 12:00 for the 3-day and 2-day products.
| 7 working days | Target: 95% delivered in 7 working days | US domestic, remote excluded |
|---|---|---|
| 5 working days | Target: 95% delivered in 5 working days | US domestic, remote excluded |
| 3 working days | Target: 95% delivered in 3 working days | US domestic, remote excluded |
| 2 working days | Target: 95% delivered in 2 working days | US domestic, remote excluded |
| Ground | About 2–5 working days | US domestic |
An optional time cover exists only on the 2, 3, 5 and 7 working-day products. It applies after the carrier has scanned the parcel and delivery still misses the working-day target. Offshore and military addresses are outside it, and the payout is capped on the quote. Returns can be restocked, photographed or disposed of.
Sydney. This rate card’s local delivery leaves the Sydney warehouse.
Local cutoff is 14:00.
| Economy | 3–10 working days | Selected Australian postcodes |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 2–7 working days | Australia-wide |
| Express | 1–4 working days | Australia-wide |
| New Zealand | 8–12 working days | From Sydney; the recipient clears customs |
Standard and Express on this card include a small amount of loss and damage cover. A higher declared value is quoted separately. Returns can come back to the Sydney warehouse.
Germany. The warehouse that ships is confirmed when the lane is opened.
Local cutoff is 14:00.
| Economy | Stated on the quote | Inside the EU |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Stated on the quote | Inside the EU |
| Express | 1–3 working days | Inside the EU |
| Parcel | Germany 1–3 working days; elsewhere 2–8 | EU and some countries outside it |
| Pallet | Germany 2 working days; elsewhere 2–5 | EU and some countries outside it |
E-cigarettes and irregular packaging are not accepted. Apparel and shoe return inspection is available at the German warehouse on this card. Returns can be restocked, photographed or disposed of.
The United Kingdom. The warehouse that ships is confirmed when the lane is opened.
Local cutoff is 15:00.
| Standard | 1–3 working days | UK-wide |
|---|---|---|
| Express | 1–2 working days | UK-wide |
| Next day | 1–2 working days | UK-wide |
Loss after a failed delivery can be claimed on these products. Damage cover is not on every product. A time-and-loss cap applies unless extra cover is bought. Returns can come back to the UK warehouse.
Storage, putaway, dispatch, packaging and carriage are already inside the logistics price for that shipment. Fuel sits outside that price and is a percentage of the freight on the partner rate card.
Storage, putaway, the dispatch fee, packaging materials and carriage. These are not added again as separate lines.
Fuel is a commercial surcharge on the August 2026 partner card, from 1 July. It is a percentage of the freight. Sydney Economy, Standard and Express are 6.1% of the freight. Germany Economy is 2% and Germany Standard is 2.8%. United Kingdom Standard and Express are 2.5%. A change is notified a week ahead. United States 2, 3, 5 and 7 working-day products are charged only in zones 1–8, not in zones A–E. That rate follows the US Energy Information Administration on-highway diesel price, changes each Monday, and is still freight times the week’s rate. A product that names its carrier uses that carrier’s published fuel rate. A formal quote states the rate in force. Extra inspection and return handling are also outside this price.
The destination postcode decides the zone, the price and whether a faster product can be used. Remote, offshore, PO Box and military addresses are not accepted on every product. Provide the postcode with the quote request so the applicable zone can be confirmed.
