Hold stock in the United States and ship orders in 2–7 working days.

Receive and prepare stock at our China hub in Shanghai, send it to a US warehouse by bulk transfer, and ship each Shopify order locally. The warehouse that ships is chosen from the destination postcode.

Import duty is paid once on the bulk shipment rather than on every order. US duty-free de minimis has been suspended since 29 August 2025, which makes this matter more for low-value orders.

US services

Transit is in working days after the warehouse ships. Remote areas are excluded from the timed services.

United States

More than one warehouse. The one that ships is chosen from the destination postcode. West Coast addresses can be cheaper: a 1 kg parcel to Los Angeles (90001) is about USD 5.70 on the 7-day service.

Local cutoff is 14:00 for the 7-day and 5-day products, and 12:00 for the 3-day and 2-day products.

Volumetric weight: the 7-day service uses actual weight under 1 lb, then the greater of actual weight and length × width × height ÷ 6000. Fuel on the 2, 3, 5 and 7-day products is charged only in zones 1–8 and follows the weekly US on-highway diesel price. Returns can be restocked, photographed or disposed of.

How much does US warehouse fulfilment cost per order?

On the published cards, a 1 kg general-goods parcel to New York is about USD 6.99 on the 7-day service, including storage, putaway, dispatch, packaging and carriage. Fuel, oversize, peak season and a failed delivery are extra. The bulk transfer from China is quoted per shipment.

Is it cheaper than shipping each order from China?

For most parcels over 0.5 kg, yes. A 5 kg parcel to New York is about USD 13.44 from US stock against about USD 88 China direct. Add the bulk-transfer cost per unit to compare the full cost.

Can I start with China direct and add the US warehouse later?

Yes. Orders can ship China direct while you test demand, then move to US stock once a SKU sells steadily. Both run under the same account and Shopify connection.

What does the US warehouse not accept?

Dangerous goods are outside the fulfilment scope, and lithium goods are confirmed per product. Send packed sizes and weights so we can confirm each SKU.
