For IOSS and postal consignments, the temporary customs duty is €3 per item by tariff category, not a flat €3 for the whole parcel. Other operators can still face the normal tariff. No. China fuel is inside the China logistics price. China warehouse handling, duty and tax are not. Where local warehouse fulfilment is available, it is quoted separately and is not added to the China price.
