Best China fulfilment companies for brands shipping to the US and UK (2026): nine compared on what they publish
Nine China fulfilment companies that ship orders straight to US and UK customers, compared on what their own websites publish: pick-and-pack fees, duty-paid shipping, delivery times, minimums and who each one suits. Written by ShopRest, one of the nine.

How did we put this list together?
We are ShopRest, one of the nine companies below, so read this as a list written by a competitor. Every statement about another company comes from that company's own website, checked on 3 November 2026, and we only repeat what they publish; where we could not confirm something on their site, we left it out. Each company gets a label for the kind of brand it suits best. Services and prices change, so confirm on each site before you decide.
What should you check before choosing?
Five things decide most comparisons. Whether duties are included: since the US ended duty-free treatment for low-value parcels on 29 August 2025, a price without duty can turn into a bill at the customer's door. What pick and pack costs for one item and for three. How many days the lane takes to your customers' country, and whether that figure is measured. Whether there is a minimum monthly volume or storage charge. And what happens to returns from the US and the UK.
China-Fulfillment.com: best published pick-and-pack price for small volumes
A Shenzhen fulfilment company. Its site publishes pick and pack at USD 0.99 per order with branded packaging at the same rate, no receiving fee, 30 days of free storage for new customers, no minimum order volume (it says it works with brands from 50 to 5,000 orders a month), and Shopify and WooCommerce integration. Its FAQ says delivered-duty-paid shipping is available on major routes including the US and the UK. Best for: brands testing China-direct fulfilment at low volume who want a clear handling price up front.
ShipSmartly: best for duty-paid shipping as the default
A China-based fulfilment company for DTC brands whose home page leads with duty-paid shipping to more than 70 countries. Its pricing page publishes fulfilment at USD 1 for the first item and USD 0.35 for each additional item, with free onboarding, free inbound receiving and standard poly and bubble mailers included; storage is USD 0.50 per cubic metre per day after two months free per inbound, with a minimum charge of one cubic metre a month. Shipping rates are listed by country. Best for: Shopify brands that want every order to arrive with duties already paid.
NextSmartShip: best for moving US best-sellers into a US warehouse later
Describes itself as hybrid fulfilment: China warehouses for new launches, long-tail SKUs and global orders, and US warehouses for proven best-sellers. Its pricing page lists free setup and receiving, two months of free storage, handling of USD 0.50 for the first pick and USD 0.10 for each additional pick, and no minimum order quantity. Shipping is quoted on request. Best for: brands whose main growth market is the US and who want China and US stock under one provider.
Portless: best for brands already shipping 1,000+ orders a month
Ships direct to customers from warehouses in China by air, with bonded and non-bonded facilities, to more than 85 countries using local carriers and local tracking. Its site says it is built for fast-growing brands shipping at least 1,000 orders a month, and publishes 99.8% of orders fulfilled in one day and an average global delivery of 5 to 8 days. It also offers factory pickup, quality control, returns and inventory financing, and publishes research on tariffs and duty. Pricing is not on the site. Best for: established brands that want factory-to-door fulfilment across many countries.
Flowa Global: best for apparel brands that want a landed-cost plan before they start
A China-based fulfilment centre for DTC brands manufacturing in China. Its site describes delivery from China in 3 to 7 days to more than 100 countries, same-day dispatch, no bulk orders to start, and a call that produces a lane plan and landed-cost estimate; its cost example is an apparel brand shipping from China to Australia. On duties it says customs are processed through the selected shipping lane and that duties and taxes depend on destination rules and shipment value, so confirm per lane. Best for: fashion brands that want help modelling the cost before moving stock.
Wefulfil Australia: best for Australian brands that want an Australia-focused China 3PL
An Australian-registered China 3PL built for Australian DTC brands. Its site publishes 5 to 8 business days from China to Australia and 3 to 10 days to the US, the UK and the EU, product testing from 100 to 200 units, and compensation if a parcel is late: 30% of the shipping fee for eligible claims more than 3 working days beyond the route standard and 100% beyond 5 working days. Pricing is given after a free consultation. Best for: Australian brands whose main market is Australia and who also ship some orders overseas.
SendFromChina: best for wide destination coverage
A long-running China fulfilment company that describes more than 15 years of fulfilment experience, warehousing, pick and pack, kitting, Amazon preparation and door-to-door shipping from China to more than 220 countries and regions. Prices are quoted on request. Best for: brands that sell into many smaller markets and want one provider for all of them.
ChinaDivision: best for crowdfunding launches and multi-marketplace sellers
A Shenzhen-based fulfilment network that says it has served more than 8,000 brands over 14 years, ships to more than 200 countries and regions and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. It covers DTC orders, crowdfunding batches, Amazon FBA preparation and sourcing, with a public shipping rate calculator. Best for: brands running a crowdfunding launch or selling across several marketplaces at once.
ShopRest: best for brands that want duty-paid per-kg prices up front and the option of local warehouses
ShopRest keeps stock in a Shanghai hub and ships China-direct to the US, the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and Japan, and also runs local warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney, the US, the UK and Germany, replenished from the hub, so each SKU can ship from wherever suits it. It publishes reference parcel prices per kilogram for every China-direct lane, for example USD 7.77 to the US or GBP 3.50 to the UK for a 0.25 kg apparel parcel, fuel included, billed on actual weight. These are reference prices that move month to month, so the calculator always shows the live figure. China direct to the US and the UK is cleared duties paid: within the carrier’s declared-value limit, import clearance charges are already inside those prices and the customer pays nothing at the door. China warehouse handling is confirmed on the formal quote rather than published. A first cooperation has no minimum order volume. Best for: Australian and other brands selling in the US and UK who want to see the freight cost before a call, and to move best-sellers into a local warehouse later.
Which one should a small brand try first?
If you want the lowest published handling price, start with China-Fulfillment.com or ShipSmartly. If duty-paid delivery is the deciding factor, compare the DDP rates of ShipSmartly, China-Fulfillment.com and ShopRest, and ask anyone else for a written duty-paid quote. If the US is your main market and you expect to stock there, NextSmartShip or ShopRest. If Australia is your main market and overseas orders are a smaller share, Wefulfil. If you are already above 1,000 orders a month across many countries, Portless. Whatever you choose, send two or three providers the same brief (one SKU, its packed weight and size, monthly orders by country) and run one trial order before moving volume.
